easy meals for kids

I was wondering if anyone had a nice easy meal for young kids? Im tired of making velvetta shells and cheese and sandwiches for lunch. Then chicken tenders and fish sticks. There has to be other kid friendly foods out there that is not too messy yet kids love them. What is your favorites?
