I have made these with my kids for over a year since a friend shared the recipe. If you haven't tried them yet, they are AWESOME. Its so versatile my kids specially love the confetti cake mix cookies, and my husband loves the chocolate cake mix cookies because they taste like mini brownies. You can add choco chips, and such too! I made with with my daughters friends one day (super easy when you have kids wanting to help) and around Christmas season I lost track of how many I made and gave away! If you haven't tried them yet I definately suggest it! There are also other variations over the net but I haven't tried them, some require 1 egg, and less oil, or include water (which apparently makes a crispier cookie)

1 pkg. cake mix
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

Blend all ingredients Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
