Default Celiac mom starting solids with infant

Hi, everyone. I've noticed the thread on wheat free grains and decided that there are at least two of you here battling with some of my same issues (and then some) so I would toss out my current problem to you.

I believe I have celiac disease. My father was diagnosised with it about two years ago and after he was confirmed, I began to go through the testing procedure myself. My blood work indicated problems in that direction, although I did not have a classic presentation. I cut back on gluten and my biopsy was normal. The GI told me to go back to eating normally and when I did the world fell apart and I now can not tolerate any amount of gluten in my body. So I am officially undiagnosised, but am eating a gluten free diet.

My toddler was already eating gluten by the time I went through all of this, and he seems to be doing ok. But now I have an almost eight month old baby. I nurse him and he has started solids. He is basically following my own diet so far. My question is, when should I introduce gluten and see what happens?
