Icon7 Anyone else Gluten Free?

I have recently dropped gluten from my life due to suspected Celiac Disease (I didn't get the test yet, my appointment is not for another month w/ my GP, they then need to refer me to a Gastro, etc. - something that will take a few months I'm sure!) I'll do a gluten challenge once I get a verified appointment, but until then I just couldn't take it anymore (abdominal pain, joint pain, extreme fatigue, all around terrible digestive issues, etc). I discovered Celiac disease when doing research about my son (he's 20 months and doesn't talk and was told to look into it) and discovered that I had the symptoms and have had them most of my life!! So, I've decided to go GLUTEN FREE and it IS HARD!!! OMG, it's the hardest thing I've ever done!! Anyone else out there to hold my gluten free hand??
