Default Tofo

Anyone have any tips on how to cook it?
Is it supposed to have a taste?!

I tried a recipe I found on this board and it didnt come out right AT ALL. I'm not sure what I did wrong...but the tofu was the worst part! It was like eating a sponge...let me go find the recipe I tried...

How do you prepare your tofu?

Curried Chickpeas and Cauliflower

I didn't use peanut oil(couldnt find it), but the OP said she never used it anyway. The food stuck to the bottom of the pan...it didn't seem like it was cooked enough...I guess you can't really help me with what I did wrong.

This recipe just looks so good and I would LOVE to give it another try. Any ideas on how you would alter the recipe if you cooked it?
