what you need:
about 1-2 pounds yellow squash(cut up)
1 medium sweet onion chopped into rings
salt and pepper
water
what to do
place the squash and onions into sauce pan,
use about 1 cup of water add salt and pepper,bring to a boil
simmer for 30 minutes,drain
return to pot cook about 15 more minutes, drain.
continue this process until the squash are at
their desired constinecy for you.
*note the smaller the squash the better
