Default Roasted Sweet Corn On The Cobb

ROASTED SWEET CORN ON THE COBB

Ingredients
8 ears sweet corn
4 tablespoons butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Soak corn for approximately 30 minutes cold water. Remove from water and shuck corn husks without separating from cob, remove the silks. Brush the corn with the melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Replace the husks over the corn and grill over medium heat for 20-30 minutes.

In the winter when it is impossible to grill outside corn can be cooked inside, in the husk, in the microwave. prepare the same way as for the grill only cook in the microwave. Cooking times vary according to your microwave.
