Potato curry
4 potatoes
3 carrots
1 onion
1 apple
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp oil
3 cups water
3 tsp curry
1 veggie bouillon cube
rice
cut up potatoes and carrots and cook in water for 15 minutes. Then fry the onion in oil for a few minutes then add cut up apple (skin off) cook on low for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle the flour over the onions and cumin. Stir until disolved. Add the water from the cooked veggies and boullion cube and cook still sauce is thick and bubbly. Then add carrots and potatoes. Cook a few minutes and serve it over rice.
