My favorite recipe is going to this middle-eastern restaurant and picking some up! They really make it great there - nice and smooth. I can't seem to get the same consistency.
I do it pretty much the same way (are chickpeas the same as garbanzo beans? I use garbanzo beans) except I use real garlic and I dont use cumin. I'll have to try it with cumin.
