Default A fun and fruity smoothie
The sky is gray, and the air is cold. You can't afford a cruise to the Bahamas. So try this fruity and refreshing recipe to lift your spirits, reminding you that summer will return. Sip on this smoothie and imagine yourself basking on the cruise ship's sun deck, overlooking the sparkling sea.

Tropical Treat

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup pineapple
1 cup peeled papaya
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
Coconut milk to taste
