Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 1 mango, peeled and seeded
• 1 papaya, peeled and seeded or 1/4 of a pineapple, peeled and cored
• 1/2 cup fresh rasberries or strawberries
• 3/4 cup orange juice
• A few ice cubes, if desired
What to do:
Place the fruit and orange juice in a blender and process until smooth. Adjust the amount of juice to create the consistency you prefer. If you like a frozen smoothie, use frozen fruit or add a few ice
