Emeril's Grand Marnier Mimosa
This was one of Emeril's holiday recipes from his food special a long time ago, but it's so good, it's great for "any time of year" brunches.
Grand Marnier Mimosa
Dip the rims of champagne flutes or glasses in Grand Marnier that has been poured into a dish.
Dip the same rims into sugar.
Fill with 1/2 champagne and 1/2 orange juice. You can top off with a splash of Grand Marnier to KICK IT UP A NOTCH!!
SUBSTITUTIONS: You can certainly use 7UP or any other lemon/lime carbonated beverage for the champagne and omit the Grand Marnier for a luscious non-alcoholic drink (that's my )
