Default Strawberry mousse

Since we're in the mood for strawberries, here goes another one...

Strawberry Mousse

400g strawberries
1 can condenced milk
6 sheets colourless gelly
1 pack full cream (very cold)
4 egg whites
2 spoons sugar
1 pack marie biscuits

- Clean the strawberries and chop then finnely, almosed mashed.
- Mix strawberries with condenced milk.
- Lay the gelly sheets in cool water for about 3 minutes. Then with a quarter cup of hot water, melt the softened gelly sheets.
- Mix the now melted gelly with the strawberry mixture.
- Beat the full cream, with 1 soop spoon sugar, untill stiff and mix well into the strawberry mixture.
- Beat the egg whites utill stiff, with 1 soop spoon sugar, and mix into the mousse.
- Mash the biscuits with your roller or any other electrical apliance that's handy for this.
- In a serving bowl or indevidual cups, make layers of moosse and buscuits, last layer can be a thin layer of biscuits and whole strawberries.
- Leave it in the fridge for a hour to solidify.
