Recipe for Bouche de Noel (sp?)...

Hello everyone.... I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for Bouche de Noel. My husband has requested this for Christmas this year and I would like to try to make it myself. I have found a limited number of recipes online. I thought I would see if any of you fine ladies had a recipe as well as any tips as I understand it is a tricky dessert to make.
