Have you ever been caught and need a batch of cookies quickly?

If you have a cake mix you are in luck.


Cake Mix cookies:

1 dry cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
1 stick of melted butter

Mix ingredients together and make into balls.
Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes.
Frost if desired.

Any addins can be put in with the dough if you would like,
nuts, chips, raisons, ect.

I love this done with a lemon cake mix then sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar while warm.
