pumpkin pie question!
I am making a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving this year. It's just going to be one of those can of pumpkin pie mix/eggs/evap. milk/pie crust kind of pies. I'm probably going to make it Wednesday night to save myself some time on Thursday. So, my question is this - do I need to refrigerate the pie after it cools? Or, can it stay on the counter overnight?
