Default Orange Cake

Orange Cake

* 100 g butter (melted)
* 125 g sugar
* 2 eggs
* 100 g flour
* 1 big juicy orange
* 1 tea spoon Royal Baking Powder

- Beat the sugar with the eggs untill you obtain a whitish cream.
- Add the flour, Royal baking powder, the juice of your orange and butter.
- Beat everything very well.
- Bake at 170ºC, 30 minuites.

If you'd like a glacé on the cake:
* 150 g icing sugar
* One big juicy orange
- Dissolve the sugar in the juice of your orange. The glacé should be luquidy and slightly thick.
- As soon as you take the cake out the tin, pour half the glacé on the cake and let it cool.
- When cooled completely, pour the rest of the glacé on top of the first layer.

Nice and easy...
