really clean your refrigerator?

I just had to clean mine because we just moved lol! Usually every couple of months! But I need to start doing it at least every time I go grocery shopping!

I try every 2 weeks, but in reality it's rather every 4 weeks/month

I try to about every 2 weeks but normally don't do it for a month.

I usually thoroughly clean it every couple of months. I spot clean more often as needed. If you mean how often do I clean out the old leftover food, I don't usually let it pile up. I do tend to forget about jars of stuff on the door shelves. I probably have some stuff that needs to be tossed out right now.
