I found this recipie in the newspaper!!! I wanted to share this with everyone!!! I know that I won't have time to make something that will take me over an hour to make (since DS takes up soooo much of my time).....so this should be easy!

Easy Pumpkin Cream Pie
1 can (15oz) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 pkg (5.1oz) Vanilla instant pudding & pie
filling mix
1 cup milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 cups (about 6oz) frozen nondairy whipped
topping, thawed, divided
1 prepared 9-inch (9oz) graham cracker crust
Fresh raspberries (optional)
Direction:
1. Combine pumpkin, pudding mix, milk & pumpkin
pie spice in large mixer bowl; beat for 1 minunte
or until blended.
2. Fold in 1 1/2 cups whippeed topping.
3. Spoon into crust.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before
serving.
6. Garnish with remaining whipped topping &
raspberries. Serve immediately!
