Easy Chocolate Cake
# 4 eggs
# 240 g sugar
# 160 g flour
# 4 soop spoons of milk
# 130 g butter
# as much chocolate as you like (powdered)
- Mix the ingredients in this order: sugar with softened butter untill white; egg yellows, chocolate, milk and flour.
- In the end beat the egg whites stiff and gently mix in.
- 170ºC in the oven untill baked - test with tooth pick, when the tooth pick comes out dry, cake is done.
