1 box butter flavored cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 stick melted butter
crushed pecans or walnuts if desired
*Preheat oven to 350*
Grease your baking dish (9x13)
"dump" in the pie filling, then pineapple. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the cherries and pineapple. Pour the melted butter over the dry cake mix.
Add nuts if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm with cool whip type topping.
