Default Dessert of the week: Apple Crumb Pie

Just in time for Thanksgiving!
I love apple pie with a crumb type topping instead of traditional crust on top.

1 pilsburry pie crust (what I use, or make your own)
5 cups granny smith apples (you can use what ever, but I love a pie with these)
(peeled and sliced thin)
1 cup brown sugar (or white, just what you want)
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix the apples with sugar and cinnamon. Pour into crust.

Topping:
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix together and spoon over apples in pie pan.
Bake in preheated 400* oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until apples are soft and top is lightly browned.
