Dessert of the Week: Apple Butterscotch Muffins
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp vannilla
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup butterscotch chips
Mix ingredients and pour into 12 muffin pans.
Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnomon
Mix together and place on the unbaked muffin top.
Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.
