Icon6 Coffee flavoured Ice-cream

Another one great for summer.

Coffee Flavoured Ice-cream

5 colourless jelly sheets
1 can condenced milk
5 dl full cream
1 dl strong coffee

- Place the gelly sheets in cool water for about 3 minutes, then melt them in "banho-maria"
- Mix the condenced milk and the melted gelly with a whisk untill it's fully dissolved.
- Beat the full cream stiff and mix in the condenced milk mixture.
- Divide the creamy mixture in equal halves.
- In one of the halves, pour the strong coffee and mix well.
- In a bowl or individual cups make layers with the two mixtures.
- Leave it in ther freezer for an hour to solidify.

Note:
"Banho-Maria": boil water in a pot and put a bowl on top of the water with the jelly sheets in it. The jelly will melt with the heat of the boiling water. There is no contact with the water and the jelly.

Normaly they are in the jelly section. They usually sell about 6 sheets in one pack. When you see them you most probably won't even know what you are looking at, so I'd ask someone at the store if they know where they are.
