INGREDIENTS:

2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup golden raspberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 bunch mint leaves
1 star fruit peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons chocolate sauce



PROCEDURE

1. Place a metal bowl in the freezer, let chill for about twenty minutes, and then remove.

2. Add heavy cream to bowl and beat with a whisk until good consistency.

3. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Continue to whisk until firm.

4. In a large bowl, add all berries and gently mix together.

5. Take a few pieces of mint leaves (about 3). Sprinkle into bowl and gently mix again.
