Afrodisiac Pears

4 cooked pears in a bit of sugar
8 ice-cream balls
150g chocolate
3 dl full cream (= to a full glass of wine)
75g sugar
2 tablespoons butter

- Beat the full cream to obtain whipped cream and reaserve.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter.
- On each plate, place 2 ice-cream balls and 2 pear halves liying down (pips side down).
- Pour the melted chocolate over the ice-cream and pears.
- Pour the cream over the chocolate.
- Eat immediately.
