Default Two ways to make Bruschetta

Bruschetta is an appetizer that is originally from Italy -- typically made of toasted bread seasoned with garlic, olive oil and salt. There are many tasty variations, most include tomato, and some also feature cheese, peppers and/or other vegetables.

As you can see from the two recipes below, Bruschetta is super-simple to make, and the end result looks fresh and festive!
