Default Summer Soup Recipes

Soup is without a doubt the quintessential winter comfort food. But, it is often forgotten once the temperature hits about 70 degrees F. Instead of relegating soup to the cold weather months, bring soup into the spring and summer with these summer soups made with avocados, salsa and fresh vegetables. These satisfying summer soups will soothe your body and soul just like their winter counterparts.

Default Re: Summer Soup Recipes

Thanks for sharing! I've been wanting to try a summer soup but haven't made one yet. I saw a recipe in More magazine this month for Cold Cucumber Soup that sounds delicious. It's pretty similar to the one that you posted except it doesn't have red peppers, chili peppers or onion in it. Does that add a kick to it?
