Smoked Salmon Roses...
1 8 oz.container of cream cheese softened
1 TBS. horseradish
1 TBS. minced dill
1 TBS. half and half
16 slices smoked salmon
1 red bell pepper,cut into strips
combine cream cheese,horseradish,dill,half and half in small bowl
until creamy.
spread 1 TBS. of the mixture over each salmon slice,
roll uo jelly roll style,slice each roll in half arrange the rolls cut sides down on serving platter,
garnish with the bell pepper strips and fresh dill sprigs.
