kim's potatoe salad...
JUST IN TIME FOR EASTER
peel and wash about 5 large potatoes
also you will need about 4 eggs boiled and peeled
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbs. sweet relish
1 small sweet onion chopped finely
paprika/salt/pepper
mash eggs add to the potatoes add other inredients
garnish with sliced eggs and paprika and a sprig of parshley
