EGGS as many as you wish to boil...
boil till done...cool...
cut eggs length wise, remove yolk do not discard...
set hollowed eggs to the side...
mix the cooked yolk with mayo add to you get
the yolk moist,add 2TBSP pickle relish
minced sweet onion,salt pepper to taste,
combine well,then spoon mixture into the hollow part of eggs.
sprinkle with paprika if desired, chill till ready to serve...
*Left over easter eggs do well for this recipe...
