Default Turkey Meatloaf

Not very fat free for turkey but a good dish none the less. Sorry if this is confusing in anyway it's my personal recipe.

1LB Turkey meat
1/2 cup homemade Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup of milk
1 egg
4 slices of bacon
1 cup of cheese (I used shredded sharp 2%)
1 small sweet onion

I cooked the bacon first (VERY crispy). Once the bacon was cooked and out of pan I put in my diced onion, just threw it right in the hot bacon grease. Once tender took that out of pan and let both bacon and onion come to room temp. Chopped up bacon into small pieces, Then I added all above except cheese and mixed together. Took half of mix shaped it in a loaf pan then put the cheese on that then took the other half and shaped it on top of cheese so that it was like a stuffed meatloaf. Baked it for I dunno hour and 15 minutes in 340 degree oven.
