2lb gd beef
1 package of spicy sausage ( 5 links )
2 cans of cream of chic
2 cans of cream of mush
1/2 cup water
1 c pace picante sauce
1 1/2 bags of tater tots ( extra crispy )
1 large yellow onion

Frozen green beans
shredded cheese mexi style
Heat oven to 350
Brown the ground beef drain and place in casserole dish. Then take sausage out of casings and brown and spread evenly on top of the ground beef. Then take your chopped onion and sprinkle evenly over the entire casserole. At this point you can place frozen green beans on top approx 2 cups. Then take the cream of mush, cream of chic, 1/2 c water, 1 c of pace and heat through on the stove. After it is heated through pour over the entire dish. At this point you can sprinkle cheese if you so desire. Now you can take the tater tots and place them all over the top of the casserole. Cover with foil and place on cookie sheet to avoid mess for 70 minutes.
