Re: Some of my fav. recipes
Stuffed then Grilled Burgers
For each burger you'll need:
2 burgers - in my opinion 1/4 pounders are just fine
1/3 cup red onion, diced
1-2 Tablespoons steak sauce
1 slice cheese
* Season the red onions with a little salt & pepper and sauté in a little olive oil & butter.
* Place a slice of cheese on one burger, then the onions, then the steak sauce and top with the other burger.
* Try to gently pinch the edges of the two burgers together and you're ready to grill.
* Throw them on the grill, carefully, and cook until done.
