chicken and yellow rice

2 whole chicken thighs cooked and shreaded *
1 pkg of Yellow rice cooked according to the pkg directions
1 can of cheddar cheese soup or whatever creamed soup you have on hand. ie, cream of mushroom, etc.*
some shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle over top (usually takes 1 -1 1/2 cups depending on how much you like)

* You can also use boneless skinless chicken breast in place of the thighs.
* If its too thick to your liking, thin it out using water or milk

pour everything into a casserole dish , stir together, and bake at 350, until heated or until chesse is melted.
