Grilled T-Bones with Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Serves 8

Ingredients for sauce:
2 cups molasses or maple syrup
1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns
5 tablespoons Kentucky style bourbon whiskey
4 tablespoons chilled butter, cut up
Juice of a small lemon
