Artichoke Cream Cheese Pasta
Mix one cup of milk with an 8 oz package of cream cheese. Heat over medium heat. Add diced garlic to taste, one teaspoon each basil and black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon oregano. Add 8oz each of mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Cook until smooth and add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and cook til melted and smooth. Serve over your favorite pasta
