Default Aphodisiac Curry Chichen

Aphodisiac Curry Chichen

* 1 chicken Knorr;
* 1 tablespoon sweet chutney;
* 1 teaspoon full curry powder;
* 1 chopped onion;
* 2 chicjen breasts;
* juice of 2 tangerines;
* 1/4 de celery cut in strips;
* 1 teaspoon flour;
* 1/2 appel;
* 15 grapes;
* 20 g raisins (with no pips);
* salt;
* 1 dl olive oil

- Cut the chicken breasts in strips and season them with salt (and you usual seasoning that you like).
- Heat up the olive oil in a pot and simmer the chicken untill golden brown. When done, remove from the pot and reserve.
- Add the onion inro the olive oil still left in the pot and let it fry a bit.
- Add the celery. Add the curry powder and flour. Mix well.
- Melt the Knorr in a class of hot water, add to the mixture. Let it boil untill the sause is thickened.
- Add the chutney and the chicken. Let it cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
- 5 minutes before the 20 minutes are up, add the tangerine juice, the raisins and the apple cut in cubes.

* In case the sause gets too thick, add a bit of warm water with a bit of Knorr in it.
