I am needing this recipe asap..

I think it is called Mozerella ranch chicken..Im not sure..

but this what I can remember..

ingriedents: (that I know of)

Boneless chicken breast
shredded mozz. cheese
minced garlic
olive oil
and a packet or dry ranch..


if someone has this recipe can you post it please! I am wanting to make it tonight but I cant find mine..

Mozzarella Chicken

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken parts
1 1/2 cups Ranch-style salad dressing
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the olive oil in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange chicken in the dish, and cover with the dressing. It's best to place chicken pieces close together so that the cheese and the dressing do not burn on the bottom of the pan.

Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from heat, top with mozzarella cheese, and return to the oven. Continue cooking for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned and the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
