Okay - I am REALLY late responding to this post - but I've been posting at SK for awhile now and this is the first time I've seen this area! I am always surprised! LOL.

Anyway, finding you all could not come at a better time...acitodg, I went and viewed that recipe and it does look really good...since I NEVER can cook a good pot roast, and since I am having company tomorrow night...I think I'll try it! But...all the responses sound great!

Returning to the topic..how I'd wish to get back to cooking, especially this recipe! But my husband just bought some new sears parts to replace and to improve the oven? Hmm.. too much for me, and I guess he is doing a good thing. Can't wait!!
