Here is a cream cheese one.... We've flavored it with Rum extract and Coconut extract. I use this one with my Aloha Cake.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/4 Cup margarine, softened
1 ( 8 ounce ) package of cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons milk
3 3/4 Cups confectioner's ( Powdered ) sugar.
In large bowl combine margarine, cream cheese, vanilla and milk. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth, about 4 minuets; Slowly add confectioner's sugar and continue to beat until smooth, about 3 minuets
Refrigerate unused frosting. Is also good used on bagels, toast, ect.
