sorry for taking so long to answer (I've been super busy)

I have to ask - what kind of place are you going to??
Hotel room and re-heating via camp fire on the beach?
Hotel room with mini fridge and micro?
Hotel room/condo with mini kitchen (no oven)?
Hotel room/condo with full kitchen?

It varies greatly on what I'd suggest
