My dad is a funnyduck who is currently suffering from cancer. The side effect of his chemo is a craving for barbeque this and that. So, we have decided to make the best of it and pursue finding the perfect barbeque sauce recipe. Please share yours!
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 ml) catsup
1/4 onion, chopped
2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared mustard
1 tsp (5 ml) of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp (1 ml) garlic powder
1/4 tsp (1 ml) crushed red pepper Preparation
In a saucepan stir all ingredients together and cook 2 minutes over medium heat until onion is tender.
