I have been searching for the bundt cake mixes that they use to make and it seems they just don't make them any more. Do you remember them, with the ring inside of filling? Does anyone have any recipes for similar bundt cakes? I have beautiful bundt cake pans and can only bake regular cakes in them right now. I have tried to search on the internet and get pound cake type recipes for bundt cakes but nothing with fillings. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm just lurking and see its been awhile since you posted, but check out allrecipes.com and type in bundt cakes for the search. I havent looked myself, but there might be a good recipe on there. I too have a nice bundt pan and hardly ever use it.

I have a very good cake that I bake in my bundt pan, but I don't think it has the filling you are looking for. I'm guessing that the kind you want would be cake with like a cream or jelly type filling that would look like a ring trough the cake? I think I remember seeing some like that in one of my Taste Of Home mags. I did find this one on their site:

Pear-Filled Bundt Cake Recipe | Taste of Home Recipes

It looks good, but it has a fruit filling. My bundt cake has fruit, but it is blended in before I bake it. It started out as the 'Aloha Cake' and I tweaked it so it's my 'Mandarin Orange Spice Cake' Let me know if the link helped And if you want my recipe

Peace
