Any ideas to take to a Back to School Night? It would need to be a cold appetizer in that there is no place to heat anything up.

I love to take a flour tortilla and spread cream cheese (add a little chive or garlic to it for an extra kick) Put the thin slice ham (the really cheapy stuff KWIM?) on it. Then roll. Refridge then slice. Great with salsa.

Use your favorite yeast dough our buy the frozen dough. Roll the mini smoked saugages and let rise. Bake. These are great at room temp!
