Icon6 Any good trout recipes?

We went to Fort Robinson on Saturday the 20th for the Nebraska Free State Park entry day and NE Free Fishing day. Adam was at a rodeo so it was Wally, Wyatt, Casey and me. After the BBQ lunch and a free hay rack ride we went fishing at Grable Pond. And we did real good!! 9 nice sized rainbow trout! Casey even caught his first fish!
Wyatt caught 1 and Wally and I caught the rest. I even caught Wally! oopsie, I was trying to keep from hooking Casey and I got Wally's shirt. At least I didn't get any skin! I told him that he was a keeper <HEG>

Here's some pics!

I told Wyatt to smile, and this is what he does :: shakes head ::
My Aunt had a good way to cook trout, but I can't rememebr and she is like mom with the Alzheimer's so I can't ask her anymore. So if anyone has a good way to cook them I'm all ears!! Either grill or frying pan, I'm not picky.

Peace!
