Update (pg ment)

Hello--

Just wanted to give you all an update on my situation.

I got my betas back from the OB:

Beta 1: 325 (taken at 4 weeks)
Beta 2: 778 (taken at 4 weeks 2 days)

I was told these #'s weren't bad considering I'm so newly pg. I have an ultrasound scheduled for 9/16. At that time they'll be able to tell if the pg is progressing with an embryo, etc. I was told it's really too early right now to see anything.

I still have a little cramping on my right side, but it's low, like by my pubic bone. Not a little higher where I think ovaries are. Anyone know? For now, though, the doctor told me to relax...just be healthy, take my vitamins and wait for that ultrasound. I'll let you all know.

I'm no expert but those numbers sound pretty good to me. I think congratulations are in order!

It sounds like your PG is fine based on your betas. Your pain is probably stretching ligaments. But I'm glad you are getting an u/s. That should give you peace of mind. Please let us know how it turns out. I'll keep an eye out on the Sprouts board too!

That's great news! Those numbers look good to me. Let us know how the ultrasound goes.

Thanks everyone. I barely know you, but you've been so nice to spend some time comforting a paranoid mama! I'll keep you posted after my u/s next week.
