HAAAA! It's a complete shock for us!!!
We just didn't see this coming at all! I mean what were the chances? I've got one tube and it took us 2 years of TTC and 4 cy's of clomid to get Devon and Jonah. LOL!
But... IT's kind of nice to be able to relax a bit in early pg... I'm finding I'm not so freaked about another ectopic now like before. I haven't had an U/S yet and my 1st apt is this wed. (I'll be just over 7 1/2 months then). And I'm completely fine w/ that. I've had no pain/pressure/sensitivity/brown spotting.. Just a lot of morning sickness LOL!
I remember after my tube was removed and I was in my Dr.'s office for a follow up... I was really upset and worried about how hard it would be to get pg again... My Dr. said "Don't worry one bit, there is no problem haivng children w/ 1 tube... That's why God gave you 2". He went on to tell me he had a patient who had a tube removed and went on to have 3 children. I thought he was either fibbing to make me feel better or this woman was a REALLY RARE thing.... But now that I'm living the story myself... I think I'm feeling differently about what my Dr. told me
