Well...I started to cramp pretty bad last night but waited it out

Called the Dr this am and got my hcg back. It's up to over 900 now

The shot didn't do it's job so I go back today at 1:20 MST to see if I get another shot or if they have to go in and surgically remove it!

This BITES!!!

How long ago did you have your shot...it typically can still rise within 48 hours I believe....I have to find a link for that...but then it should start dropping.

Also, did you stop your pre-natal??? You can't take any folic acid until your numbers drop to 0. Otherwise the MTX may not work.

Hope this is resolved quickly.

Got the shot last Wednesday. Stopped vitamins too.

Your first beta should rise and then the next one should come down. However it doesn't always work like that. I took the second shot and it worked perfectly.

I just got my 2nd shot this afternoon. Go back on Fri for another HCG test.

I really hope that this shot takes. I'd hate for you to go through surgury too. Please let us know your results once you know them.

Oh no That's awful! I hope the seccond shot does it! It's awful when these things drag out
