Hi! I just wanted to say that I am sorry for your loss. I too lost my left tube, (but not ovary) a few years ago. The feeling that I felt was also that of emptiness.

I found the best thing to do is to take it easy and let yourself heal. It took a few weeks for me to feel like I could work a full day. And then what I did was lots of reading and I started charting my temps even though I couldn't TTC for a few months. I got to know my cycle, and it gave me something to focus on. I also had an HSG done to ensure that my remaining tube was clear.

Please take care of yourself and feel free to ask questions and share as much or little as you want.
